Lately I’ve been watching a lot of reels where people make pasta from scratch at home. 🍝
（最近、手作りパスタを作るリールをたくさん見てる。）
Pasta is one of my most favorite foods.

I especially love seafood pasta. 🦐

Yesterday my friend invited me over to her home to make homemade fettuccine alfredo with chicken and shrimp! 👩🍳🏡
（昨日、友達が家に招待してくれて、一緒に鶏肉とエビのクリームパスタを作ったよ！）
It might sound really complicated but it was actually pretty simple!
（難しそうに聞こえるけど、意外と簡単だった！）
All you need is flour, egg, a bit of salt and water. 🥚🌾💧
（必要なのは、小麦粉、卵、少しの塩と水だけ。）
It does take skill to knead the dough well and make perfectly shaped noodles. 💪🍜
（生地を上手にこねたり、きれいな形の麺を作るのはちょっとコツが必要だったかな。）
But for this being our first time, we did a decent job! 🎉
（でも初めてにしては、なかなかいい感じにできた！）
The noodles didn’t look the best but they tasted really good. 😂👌
（見た目は少し微妙だったけど、味はめっちゃ美味しかった！）
They definitely tasted more fresh and natural than store-bought noodles. 🌿🍜
（市販のパスタ麺よりも、断然フレッシュで自然な味だった！）
